Hola chicos!I attended this school in Granada for 4 weeks recently to start my first ever Spanish lessons. It was a really great environment to learn in and the teaching was very clear and easy to understand which is important when you are first beginning. The school is right in the centro area of the city so its well located to all the activities that the school arranges for you. The best part is the teachers who are all very fun and positive people which makes for a great learning environment! I highly recommend this school in Granada if you want to start learning Spanish!

Esta conocido que los espanoles son muy amables. Yo digo que que no hay mejores humanos y especialmente en esta escuela.Gracias por todo.Iris BrossolletIt's an aknowlegded fact that spanish people are generaly nice. But I say there is no better people. And especially in this school.Thank you for everything.

I stayed in Granada for 4 weeks in the summer and loved the school and the city. The teachers were brilliant and very experienced. My main goal was to improve my fluency, because I knew loads of grammar, but couldn't put it to use while speaking. I think I improved a lot. The teachers were good listeners and did a great job motivating me to speak in Spanish only. They also had a very systemised way of teaching grammar, which suited me well. And most importantly, they were the loveliest people, made the classes fun, and I consider them my friends now :) I also enjoyed the small class sizes and that the learning pace was intensive, allowing quick improvement. I chose the shared apartment for my accommodation and was satisfied with the quality, would recommend it to others. It looked nice and was very comfortable. However I thought that the kitchen wasn't as well-equipped as described, since there was no oven. Overall I would highly recommend this school to anyone motivated to learn Spanish!

I have attended Linguaschools Granada on two separate occasions for a total of six weeks. I returned to the school this summer because of my great experience the first time. Linguaschools Granada is a small Spanish school located very close to the center of town. They offer group and private classes, then in the afternoon, different excursions around town. The optional afternoon activities include a variety of adventures, including a neighborhood walk through the Albaycin, a Flamenco show in a famous cave in Sacromonte, and a visit to the Arabic Baths. Each week the activities change! For example, there is a "Ruta de Tapas" where a teacher takes the students to a couple great tapas bars. On the weekends, there are trips out to locations outside the city, like a day at the beach or a hike through the Sierra Nevadas. All of the teachers are amazing. I worked with Alicia and Ana on this trip. Both were so friendly and helpful. They made the classes interesting and useful. Sometimes we would work on reading and writing, or other times we would simply chat (while secretly practicing the subjunctive and my speaking and listening skills.) I took some group classes and private classes. Both had their advantages. In group classes, I met so many students from different countries and learned about their cultures. In private classes, I was able to get individualized lessons for what I needed to work on. Between classes, all the students and teachers would go to a cafe across the street to chat and unwind. During my first stay two years ago, Linguaschools connected me with a Spanish family to live with. I had such a great experience, I requested the same family and was able to stay with them again. They all were so friendly and patient as I tried to speak my broken Spanish to them. Every day their would be a HUGE lunch with the whole family and sometimes even the neighbors. I loved spending time in the living room chatting with them as I completed my homework. They even included me in family events, like a weekend at the beach or a dinner out to watch Spain in the World Cup. I would completely recommend staying with a family if given a chance. (My Spanish mom works with several schools in the Granada area, and she says Linguaschools is the best.) :)I returned a second time to the school because it was such a great, personalized experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Linguaschools to anyone wanting a true Spanish experience.

This was my second trip to Granada and to the school, both have been excellent. The school arranged my stay with a very hospitable family, close to the school, who went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay and had everything I needed. The school itself was friendly with a warm atmosphere, the classes small and exceptionally well taught and, although I had booked for classes rather than individual tuition, the teachers ensured my own learning needs were well met. I enjoyed and learnt a lot from an excursion with a guide attached to the school, but the real strength of the school is its teachers. who are professional and dedicated, while remaining great fun to be with, both during lessons and on tapas outings. I have been to several language schools, this one is outstanding, staffed by lovely people.
